In the fall, the American Conifer Society’s Eastern Regional Meeting will be held in Connecticut.  This group of conifer crazies will descend on the Hartford area to view several gardens including Sid Waxman’s collection of witches-brooms in Storrs, Connecticut.  We will certainly be joining in the fun of this meeting as along with Japanese Maples, conifers were a love of ours long before hostas!  Our ever-expanding evergreen offerings continues to grow, what’s not to like about Chamaecyparis, Pinus, Picea, Abies, Pseudotsuga as well as Tsuga’s themselves.  We offer many selections of each of these different types of conifer at O’Brien Nurserymen.
